Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger

Gasketed plate heat exchanger is the most efficient type of heat exchanger with its low cost, flexibility, easy maintenance, and high heat transfer efficiency.

The plate pack is assembled between a fix frame and a movable pressure frame and compressed by tightening bolts. The plates are fitted with a gasket which seals the interplate channel and directs the fluids into alternate channels. The number of plates is determined by the flow rate, physical properties of the fluids, pressure drop and temperature program.

    The flow turbulence inside plate heat exchanger maximizes heat transfer performance. Because of the high efficiency, the minimum logarithmic mean temperature difference could achieve 0.5℃ .

     QC system

    All of processes are made by ourselves, including model selection by software, mold manufacturing, plate and gaskets manufacturing, complete unit HE assembly. This helps us strictly control the quality of every unit heat exchanger and make it with stable performance.

    Hydraulic pressure or air pressure test will be carried out before every unit heat exchanger leaves our workshop.
