Common rubber pad materials include nitrile (NBR), high-temperature nitrile (NBR-HT), hydrogenated nitrile (HNBR), ethylene propylene (EPDM), high-temperature ethylene propylene (HEPDM), fluororubber (FPM), high fluorine rubber (VITON G) and other domestic and imported materials. The temperature range can be met from -38 to+200 degrees, and it can be suitable for various working conditions such as food grade, alkaline and acidic, steam, mineral oil, etc;

The rubber pad can be molded in one go to enhance its stress resistance and vibration resistance, with stable performance and long service life.

The adhesive pad is usually in a non adhesive form, making it easier for customers to disassemble, clean, and reinstall the heat exchanger, and ensuring that customers do not leak or need to replace the adhesive pad after multiple disassembly and assembly of the heat exchanger on site.
