Last week, our Group orchestrated a team-building initiative. We visited the cherry orchard and consumed an abundance of fresh cherries. This endeavor not only engendered the pleasure of taste, but also provided an opportunity for us to interact with colleagues and deepen our understanding of each other. The cherry orchard, as a natural setting for team building, relaxation, enhancing team cohesion and camaraderie, is also a crucial form of team building.
